Detailed product description of the BC4 charger.
The BC4 charger was developed for lithium ion batteries (rechargeable) with a regulated output voltage of 1.5 volts. Due to the advanced electronics, the charger can charge NiMH batteries in sizes AA and AAA in addition to 1.5V Li-ion batteries.
Power is supplied via USB-C input for the sake of the environment and to save costs, a mains adapter is not included Connectable to any 5V USB port (recommended 5V 2.1A). 5V USB ports are already available in every household besides smartphone USB chargers, PC, powerbank, laptop and car USB adapters. The 4 LEDs provide information about the charging process.
An emergency torch and a USB output with which the charger can also be used as a power bank, as well as a loop which simplifies the removal of the batteries, complete the extensive equipment of the BC4.
The following 1.5V lithium-ion battery types can be charged with the Xtar BC4:
XTAR 1.5V lithium ion batteries in size AAA or AA.
The following NiMH battery types can be charged with the Xtar BC4 :
NiMH (1.2V) 1.5V: AAA, AA.

Detailed product description of the 1.5V Li-Ion battery pack
The stable and high output voltage makes the 1.5V Li-Ion battery compatible with all devices that are optimised for operation with disposable batteries and where the low voltage of the NiMH battery causes problems. The high voltage results in high performance in many devices, e.g. many torches or fairy lights are brighter or motors (toys, kitchen appliances) run faster than with NiMH batteries.
The battery has great advantages due to its low-voltage cut-off. Most applications do not have their own low-voltage cut-off, but this does not damage the electronically regulated 1.5V Li-Ion as is the case with NiMH/NiCD batteries. 1000 charging cycles are therefore quite possible with the 1.5V lithium-ion battery under real conditions.
Particularly suitable for: game cameras, radios, photo equipment, flash units and much more.
Disadvantages: The electronic regulation only allows the discharge current specified in the key figures. Charging of the batteries can only be done with a suitable charger.
Important: Charging of the 1.5V Li-Ion. Batteries is only possible with a charger designed for this purpose. Charging with a conventional charger for NiMH/NiCD batteries is not permitted.
Chargers for Li-Ion 1.5V batteries from other manufacturers are not necessarily compatible.

Mode of operation:
When using a high quality 3.7V Li-ion 300mAh battery, the energy is up to 1100 mWh. After the output voltage has been reduced by the electronics to a constant voltage of 1.5V, this corresponds to a capacity of 700mAh.
