The cells must not be damaged, scratched (especially on the negative terminal/BMS), charged, or used.
Only unused items can be refunded – otherwise, we reserve the right to return the batteries or dispose of them properly.
Please attach the included lithium-ion label clearly visible on the package.
Shipping as a letter or merchandise mail is prohibited – such shipments will not be processed!
Please use insured parcel shipping with tracking number.
Please pack the items carefully and include a brief reason for the return.
Usually, the customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly. In that case, we will of course cover the costs.
Processing the return may take some time. We ask for your understanding. After inspecting the return, the refund will be issued. If you did not pay with PayPal or Amazon Pay, please send us your bank details for the refund transfer.
