You have the following payment options:

With PayPal, you can make secure and direct online payments. Paying with PayPal is as simple as sending an email, and the money is immediately credited to the recipient. This means we can ship your item the next business day. For buyers, it’s always free and secured.

After placing your order, please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account.

You can find our banking details in your order summary in the online shop.

As soon as we receive the payment, we will ship your ordered items.

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Monaco, Bulgaria, Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Austria, Estonia, Poland, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), Portugal, France (excluding overseas territories and departments), Romania, Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Sweden, United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands), Slovakia, Ireland, Slovenia, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Latvia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Hungary, Luxembourg, Cyprus (excluding the northern part), Malta, and Switzerland.

No delivery to the following foreign islands: Madagascar, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno and Campione d'Italia, Channel Islands, Faroe Islands, Greenland.

Deliveries within Germany:

DHL flat rate: €5.90
DPD flat rate: €5.90

Free shipping from €60
For orders over €60.00, we offer free shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

DHL International up to 5 kg: €13.90

DHL International over 5 kg up to 10 kg: €16.90

DHL International over 10 kg up to 20 kg: €24.90

DHL International over 20 kg up to 30 kg: €32.90

For shipping weights over 30 kg, a new package with corresponding costs will be calculated.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany is made within 3 - 5 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

For pickup, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Details on Payment

Payment by invoice is only available to public institutions and businesses.

The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when choosing payment by invoice.
