- Xtar VP2 charger has two intelligent charging bays that work independently of each other.
- A soft switch allows the batteries to be charged at either 250mA 500mA or 1000mA
- The Xtar VP2 can be operated either with the 230V mains adapter or 12V car charger cable
- Charging methods TC, CC CV,
- Reverse polarity and short circuit protection/protection circuitry
- Switchable LCD display for real-time indication of charge voltage and battery status
- Three-stage charging algorithm
- Real-time detection of battery status
- Uses PWM technology (Pulse Width Modulation, technology to achieve constant voltage) lowers voltage and reduces power loss

- Built-in USB output with low-voltage, overload, short-circuit and overheat protection as well as battery capacity indicator automatically stops output when battery capacity is low
- IC temperature monitoring to prevent overheating
